Storytimes and special events will not be held as we plan a special summer reading program for children of all ages. This summer there will be a Starship Adventure at your library!!
Drop-in Playgroup Pals Wednesday mornings for infants, toddlers, and pre-schoolers at 10:30 a.m.
Year-round! Parents, grandparents, and caregivers are invited to drop in!

Fridays are for Legos! Drop-in
10:30am - 12pm
Drop in to build your own Lego creation. Each week a theme will be presented. Legos will be provided. Ages 5 and up.
Free Roller Skating Party
Monday, August 3rd at 6:30pm
Interskate 91 in Hadley. Free tickets will be available at the library.
Join us for skating fun and raffles.
Finale Celebration!
August 5th from 6-7pm.
Readers and their families join us behind the library for music, stories and celebration with storyteller/musician Tim Von Egmond. We'll celebrate with desserts and soft drinks!
Summer Reading Bags
This year the library has reusable earth-friendly tote bags. The totes will be given to the first 150 readers/families that sign up for summer reading.
How to Earn Raffle Tickets
Reading! - For each hour you read, your earn one raffle ticket for our great prizes!
B.Y.O.B. Bring Your Own Bag - Each time you bring your provided summer reading bag back to the library to carry your books, you will earn a raffle ticket.
Summer Space Treasure Vault
Dig into the treasure vault when you visit the library on FRIDAYS.
Planet of the Week Tickets
Each week, fill out one "planet of the week" slip. Write down a fact about the planet on display along with your name and phone number for a chance to win the planet and a surprise. Runs from June through the end of August.
Prize Packs
You earn a prize pack upon completing your first five hours of reading! Show us your log sheet and ask for your prize pack!
Weekly "Guess Quest" Jars
Each week, a guessing jar will be set out. Guess how many galactic items are in the jar to win the jar and an extra raffle ticket! Runs from June through the end of August.
Weekly Raffles
Raffle prizes will be picked weekly. Stop in with your reading raffle tickets!
