Area Attraction Passes

Use your library card to borrow passes to the following attractions for free or reduced admission to regular museum exhibits!

Please check directly with the museum by phone or through their website for hours, special events or policies. There may be changes due to holidays, etc.

Passes may be reserved ahead for a specific day in person or by phone (413-467-3320). Feel free to drop in the day of your visit as there is often last minute availability.

In most cases, the passes are due back by 11:00am the next library business day. Extended loans may be available upon advanced request. The borrower is responsible for late or lost passes. There is a $5.00 deposit required that will be reimbursed upon receipt of the pass.


Massachusetts Parks Pass Department of Conservation and Recreation (617) 626-1250 www.massparks.org	Cost: Free parking for one vehicle at over 50 day-use facilities in the state parks system that charge a parking fee. Hours: Please check with the library or online for park information.
Mystic Aquarium Institute for Exploration 55 Coogan Boulevard Mystic, CT 06355 (860) 572-5955 www.mysticaquarium.org	Cost: From Feb. to Oct., the pass admits two adults at $19.00 each and two children at $14.00 each and from Nov. to Jan., the pass admits two adults at $16.50 each and two children at $11.50 each. Hours: Mar. through Nov., Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 6pm, Dec. through Feb., Monday through Friday from 10am to 5pm and Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays from 9am to 6pm. Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Children's Museum at Holyoke Heritage State Park 444 Dwight St Holyoke, MA 01040 (413) 536-KIDS www.childrensmuseumholyoke.org	Cost: Free admission for up to 6 guests. Children under 12 months always free. Hours: Wed. through Sat. from 10am to 4pm and Sunday from Noon to 4pm. Closed August 30^th through September 26^th.
Eric Carle Museum of Picture Book Art 125 West Bay Road Amherst, MA 01002 (413) 658-1100 www.picturebookart.org	Cost: Free admission for 2 adults and up to 4 children. Hours: Tuesday through Saturday from 10am to 4pm and Sunday from Noon to 4pm. Closed Mondays and major holidays.
Historic Deerfield Deerfield, MA 01342 www.historic-deerfield.org	Cost: Admits up to 4 guests for free. Hours: Open daily from 9:30am to 4:30pm except for Thanksgiving and December 24-26.
